Legislative Bill – Obesity Awareness in Children
-With a target on improving the height and weight correlation in children.

Our initiative is to make sure parents adhere to the proper height and weight correlation among their children. I.e. Quarterly Doctor visits will map out, document, and make sure parents are controlling their children weight.

Areas of Focus:

1. Nutrition standards for schools

2. Readily available nutritional information for parents and children

3. Body Mass index regulator

4. Physical Activity becomes enforced and is available

Spoke to Eric last night. Evidently, one of your groups members sent me an email. Don't see it. Post your comments on the blog sight.

As I mentioned in the first class, I have an interest in obesity. Might any of you be interested in signing up for research credits in the spring to study obesity; either by doing surveys, library work, or animal (rat) experiments?
The course is Research in Animal Science 11 067 495, index 61014 - up to 6 credits (3hwork/week/ credit h). Let me know. I can supply you with a special permission #.

Dr Fagan, I'm definitely interested in that research class.... On another note, I sent an e-mail to you about the information that I researched regarding the bill. Did you receive the e-mail or should I resend it?
